Since the server is a roleplay ,a post office could be a good idea.
People can sent an email to a friend when the friend is offline.Sent money anything a parcel (if this is possible with stuff ,i dont know),but it would be nice.
Receiving theyr taxes or just get some charges from the police to pay what they did.
